Energetic has training programs in place for employees and owner operators to ensure that policies and procedures are understood for effective implementation. Management is directly involved in the development of standards and procedures and monitors operations to ensure compliance. Managers and Supervisors are directly responsible for the implementation and continuous use of suitable training programs, procedures and controls. Employees, owner operators, contractors and visitors are responsible for working within these principles and guidelines at all times.
