Board of Directors


 Brennan Ross
Brennan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Energetic Services Inc., as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He was elected Chairman of the Board in 2008 by our shareholders and joined Energetic as President in 2009. Brennan is responsible for Energetic’s strategic planning and development and provides executive and operational leadership to the corporation and its Board of Directors. Brennan is also heavily involved in the day to day business affairs of the company and is thereby able to ensure stable growth and strong returns for shareholders. Brennan is a graduate of the University of Alberta and brings a wide array of industry knowledge and experience.

Ryan Ross
Ryan is the Executive Vice President at Energetic and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2008. His focus is on maximizing the organization’s operating and financial performance by integrating the combined efforts of our various companies and departments. Ryan brings over ten years of operational and leadership experience in the oil & gas logistics industry and also provides expertise in strategy, growth and operational excellence.

Ingrid Jeannotte, CPA, CGA
Ingrid is Chief Financial Officer of Energetic and a member of its Board of Directors. Ingrid was first involved with Energetic from 1996 through to 1999 and was instrumental in the development of its business and financial structure. Rejoining Energetic in 2010, she now works closely with her fellow board members, the executive team, accounting group, banks and auditors. She oversees accounting policies, financial modeling, reporting & tax strategy. Ingrid started her career over 25 years ago, first in public practice and then with publicly and privately owned enterprises.

William McFetridge
William (Bill) McFetridge is a member of the Board of Directors. He is also Partner, Business Law, with Bull, Housser & Tupper LLP, where he acts for a wide range of businesses. Prior to entering the field of law, Bill practiced as a chartered accountant in Winnipeg and Vancouver. Remaining active in the field of accounting, Bill is the chair of the Canadian Auditing and Assurance Standards Oversight Council which oversees the development of generally accepted auditing standards in Canada. Previously, he was a member of the Canadian Accounting Standards Oversight Council. Bill and Bull, Housser & Tupper have provided legal services to Energetic since its inception in 1996.

Kent Jensen
Kent is our newest board member, joining us in November 2015. He has 30 years of experience in petrochemicals, hydrocarbon processing and energy services. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta, and a M.Sc. in Organizational Effectiveness from Pepperdine University. He performed in a number of leadership roles at Nova Chemicals including engineering, maintenance, procurement and operations. He served as President of Ironline Compression, (previously Exterran Canada) and subsequently as a senior officer for Oak Point Energy. In this capacity he led the delineation of the Lewis Steepbank property and the engineering of the associated SAGD facility. Kent is currently lead of Skagen Energy Services, a company servicing waste water treatment requirements for the oil and gas industry.
